Napa County will post its third unofficial post-election night report at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday June 14, 2022.  Election results are available on the county website.

“We have now counted approximately 80% of the total ballots that we expect to receive,” commented Napa County Registrar of Voters John Tuteur.

As of 4:00 p.m Tuesday June 14, 2022 the Napa County Election Division estimates that there are still more than 7,000 ballots to be counted which would represent a 44% projected overall turnout of all registered voters.   The remaining uncounted ballots include ballots ready to be counted 6,000; ballots needing signature verification 1,000; same day registration ballots (approximately 41); damaged ballots that need to be duplicated (approximately 1800); provisional ballots (approximately 5).   Added to this total are ballots that were challenged for no signature or mismatched signature on the return envelope (approximately 1100) which can be corrected until Friday June 24, 2022.

All processes including counting, duplicating and manual tally can be observed by members of the public at the Election Division, 1127 1st St. Ste E Napa CA during regular business hours.
