Napa County launches Easy Smart Pay service for property tax payment

NAPA, CA – Napa County’s Treasurer-Tax Collector has partnered with Easy Smart Pay, a leading payment platform, to enhance the payment options available to property owners. This partnership provides property owners with the flexibility to split their bi-annual property tax bill into manageable monthly payments. By introducing the new payment process, Napa County aims to assist property owners in effectively managing their property tax obligations.

One of the key advantages of this new payment option is a competitive credit card rate offered at 1.99 percent. This attractive rate ensures that property owners can efficiently handle their twice-a-year property tax payments.

The new payment option is entirely voluntary and specifically designed for taxpayers who do not have impound accounts linked to their mortgage. Napa County cannot accept partial payments for secured or supplemental secured property taxes. However, Easy Smart Pay provides an option for taxpayers to smooth out these payments over time, making it easier to stay on top of their financial responsibilities.

To take advantage of this convenient monthly property tax payment option, interested individuals can sign up for Easy Smart Pay by visiting https://easysmartpay.net/napa-ca.
