“This report contains the last 2,612 ballots that required special attention including damaged ballots, same day registration ballots and military and overseas ballots,” explained Napa County Registrar of Voters John Tuteur.

The manual tally takes place beginning Friday November 30, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. at the Election Division 1127 1st St Ste E Napa CA 94559.
