Dear Community Partners and Friends,
Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for the last Live Healthy Napa County convening on November 9th, 2018. Attendees were able to review information on the three priority livability domains selected by LHNC stakeholders for focused investigation and intervention: Transportation, Housing, and Respect and Social Inclusion. (If you were unable to attend the meeting, rest assured that data for all three domains is scheduled for release to the public by the end of this month.)
Using the data presented, meeting attendees performed an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing Napa County relative to these three domains. Results of this “SWOT” analysis are available on the LHNC website, here. To advance LHNC’s work advancing health for all, we will use these results to strategize future LHNC activites during upcoming Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) meetings.
