As part of a storm damage culvert repair project completed by the Napa County Department of Public Works (County) in Angwin, over 100 plants were installed over a 2,500 square feet (0.57 acres) area of creek bank on the south side of Brookside Drive, which is approximately 900 feet west of Howell Mountain Road. As required by the Streambed Alteration Agreement issued by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) for the project the County is required to maintain the plants, restored area and submit an annual report to the CDFW for five years. The Napa County Department of Public Works is seeking a licensed contractor to perform the scope of work in Attachment A “Scope of Work”.
