Napa County Health and Human Services Agency Mental Health Division (hereafter NCMH or County) is seeking proposals from Community Based Organizations (hereafter CBO’s or Provider) that deliver Specialty Mental Health Services to children and families. CBO’s will provide, facilitate, and administer mental health services to children, families, and caregivers throughout Napa County both face-to-face and remotely when necessary. The priority population to be served is: children and transitional aged youth 0 to age 21 who meet medical necessity for specialty mental health services (SMHS), and are at risk of entering a higher level of care, or are stepping down from a higher level of care. Length of awarded contracts will be up to 5 years at which point another RFP cycle for these services will be released.
