Procurement

The project is located at Child Welfare Services (CWS) 2751B Napa Valley Corporate Way, Napa, CA 94558.  

DESCRIPTION OF WORK  

Building and site repairs will include but not be limited to miscellaneous security and safety improvements located in the CWS main lobby and the children’s playground area. To reduce impacts to normal operations construction in the lobby area and portions of the playground area shall take place during off-hours as approved by the engineer. 

The scope of work shall include but not be limited to: 

• Mobilization 
• Construction Area delineation and disposal area 
• Implementation on Erosion and Sediment Control Best Management Practices (BMP) 
• Access and security modifications to CWS lobby area and child playground area. 
• Surface Preparation and Painting 
• Protecting existing utilities and utility covers in place. 
• Final cleanup and demobilization 
• Project Closeout 

The mandatory job walk lists have been posted. Addendum 1 has been posted.  Addendum 2 has been added with information and bid opening date change. Addendum 3 has been posted. Addendum 4 has been posted.
