A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the main LBRID water and wastewater facilities located at 2446 Stagecoach Canyon in Pope Valley. Please use the parking bays above the water plant on Deputy Drive and walk down to the plant, as space is limited at the plant.
