Description:

The 2023 Berryessa Improvements Project will provide road rehabilitation efforts within two (2) subdivisions (the Berryessa Highlands and the Berryessa Pines), Steele Canyon Road, Berryessa Knoxville Road, and Spanish Flat Loop Road. The treatments at each location vary from seals to overlays and are specified on the Plans and Specifications. The County will resurface 24 roadways within the Berryessa Highlands (including the portion of Steele Canyon Road from Steele Resort Road to the end) and three (3) roadways within the Berryessa Pines. There are 8.1 miles of Berryessa Knoxville Road that will be sealed, between Spanish Flat Loop Road and Pope Canyon Road. Additionally, all of Spanish Flat Loop Road will be overlayed.

Revised Engineer’s estimate for base bid is $6,250,000. Addendum 1 has been added.
