The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to define Napa County’s minimum requirements, solicit proposals, and gain adequate information by which the County may evaluate the services rendered by Proposers. The Napa County Office of Emergency Services is seeking written proposals from firms to update the County’s Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and Annexes. The update will include all elements required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (CalOES).
