The Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) is requesting Qualification Statements from experienced professionals for services related to the preparation of an Environmental Assessment (EA) for contract renewal of the District’s water supply contract with the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) for the Solano Project (Lake Berryessa). The District is seeking services from professionals with the ability and experience to complete these documents in a timely manner to meet the contract renewal requirements before the contract expires in February 2024. Following an initial screening of the submittals, a short-list for interviews may be established. Firms scheduled for an interview will be evaluated F by District staff on their capability, experience, staff, availability, history, past clientele, ability to meet deadlines and budgets, etc. The District may also make a final selection based on the Qualification submittals alone.
