The project is located on the following roadway within Napa County: Howell Mountain Road from the 4 corners (Intersection of White Cottage, Old Howell Mountain, Howell Mountain, and Deer Park Road) to Pope Valley Road. The proposed project in general consists of grinding three inches of existing pavement and placement of 3 inches of new pavement. Other work includes digouts, culvert, sign, and asphalt dike replacements. Engineer Estimate: $3,975,000. Addendum 1 has been added. Bidders list has been added.
