The Napa County Library is governed by state law and functions under the authority of the County Board of Supervisors. An eight-member Library Commission serves as the Library's policy advisory board. The commission consists of eight members, three appointed by the County Board of Supervisors, two appointed by the Napa City Council, one appointed by the American Canyon City Council, one appointed by the Calistoga City Council, and one appointed by the Yountville Town Council. This meeting will be held in-person and virtually via zoom.

Announcing our newest take-and-make kit for teens and adults! Explore the world of spices with our Turmeric Kit. This kit includes a packet of turmeric, recipes, and information about its rich and flavorful history. The Turmeric Kit will be available at all Napa County Library locations beginning May 5th, while supplies last. Ages 11+

Please join us for Book Club! Book selections are made at each meeting. This is a nonspecific genre type of book club, all suggestions welcome.

Napa County Library in partnership with Bookmine is excited to present John McCormick, Author of Chinese in Napa Valley - the Forgotten Community that Built Wine Country. Join us as John brings to light the many hidden contributions of the Chinese community in Napa Valley, their history, and how they were forgotten. Registration is required.
