Appointment required, to make an appointment call:707-254-1770 . Open to anyone 6 months & up. Parents must be present for minors. Clinic offers Bivalent COVID-19 boosters (Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech) for ages 12+ and COVID-19 vaccine 1st and 2nd doses (Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech) for ages 6mo.+
