    Come join the fun! Elementary school-age readers are invited to read to a certified listening dog. The dogs are great listeners and provide an inviting environment for kids to practice their reading skills. Kids sign up for a 15-minute session when they arrive at the library.   6. GED Prep in Spanish

    Every Tuesday and Thursday -GED preparation covers the math portion of the GED exam, reviewing basic math skills focusing on fractions, decimals, algebra, geometry, and linear equations. The class also reviews reading and writing, science and social studies requirements in small study groups. Upon completion of this class, students should be prepared to take the test and can do each test individually. A library grant help students with the cost of the test.
